We ask that you DO NOT ATTEND THE SURGERY if you:
- * Have travelled in the past 14 days or had visitors from out of the area
- * Have been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case or someone who has been tested for COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
- * Have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, headache, or sore throat
- * We meet the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) Standards
